sausage dip

I use a 3-4 qt crockpot and heat on high to start...when all is mixed and creamy...lower heat to warm...other wise, if it gets cold, it is harder to scoop onto the chips. I use tortilla scoops...works great! I also use mild tomatoes and chilies but you can use whatever spiceyness you enjoy! If sage sausage is not located in your area...you can substitute plain mils sausage and add 2 TBSP sage seasoning.
