this is the most wonderful dip I make it for youth functions all the time they ask for it over and over and there is never any left. If you are going to have a good bit of people you may want to double or triple the dip recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes
- 1 pound sausage or hamburger meat
How To Make sausage cheese dip

Step 1Brown your meat of choice sausage or hamburger and drain well. You can put this dip in a sauce pot on the stove or in a small crockpot.

Step 2After you have browned your meat and drained it, add it to the rotel tomatoes and the cream cheese that is room temperature. Mix all together and let simmer until the cream cheese is blended well and melted. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Scoops
