My friend made this and told me to try it. She wouldn't tell me what was in it until after I did. I really liked it. Since then I have made it for family, friends, and co-workers and everybody loves it! Sometimes I spice it up by using hot rotel but when I make it for my kids I use mild. Either way its good!

- 1 pound sasuage (i use jimmy dean)
- 2 boxes 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box 8 oz onion and chive cream cheese
- 2 cans rotel
