- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded

Step 1Place cubed cheese, salsa, chilies, chili powder, and garlic powder in 2-quart stoneware dish. Cover and cook on medium for 1 hour. Stir and continue to cook until mixture is heated. Stir in Monterey jack cheese just prior to serving.
