found this recipe years ago in an flyer we use to get from the phone company. It's always a hit at parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup real mayo
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 16 ounces can bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
  • 8 ounces package swiss cheese
  • 1 large package corn beef (budig brand, ect.)
  • - chopped or minced onion to taste (optional)

How To Make rueben dip

  • Step 1
    cut cheese and meat into small pieces. mix all ingredents together
  • Step 2
    Let sit in fridge for at least a few hours to blend flavors
  • Step 3
    serve with wheat or dark crackers (I like "toasted" brand crackers) Or use wheat or dark bread chunks
