found this recipe years ago in an flyer we use to get from the phone company. It's always a hit at parties.

  • 1 c
    real mayo
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 16 oz
    can bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
  • 8 oz
    package swiss cheese
  • 1 large
    package corn beef (budig brand, ect.)
  • ·
    chopped or minced onion to taste (optional)

How to Make Rueben Dip


  1. cut cheese and meat into small pieces. mix all ingredents together
  2. Let sit in fridge for at least a few hours to blend flavors
  3. serve with wheat or dark crackers (I like "toasted" brand crackers) Or use wheat or dark bread chunks
