found this recipe years ago in an flyer we use to get from the phone company. It's always a hit at parties.

Ingredients
- 1 cup real mayo
- 2 cups sour cream
- 16 ounces can bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
- 8 ounces package swiss cheese
- 1 large package corn beef (budig brand, ect.)
- - chopped or minced onion to taste (optional)
How To Make rueben dip

Step 1cut cheese and meat into small pieces. mix all ingredents together

Step 2Let sit in fridge for at least a few hours to blend flavors

Step 3serve with wheat or dark crackers (I like "toasted" brand crackers) Or use wheat or dark bread chunks
