found this recipe years ago in an flyer we use to get from the phone company. It's always a hit at parties.

Ingredients

1 c
real mayo
2 c
sour cream
16 oz
can bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
8 oz
package swiss cheese
1 large
package corn beef (budig brand, ect.)
chopped or minced onion to taste (optional)

Step-By-Step

1cut cheese and meat into small pieces. mix all ingredents together
2Let sit in fridge for at least a few hours to blend flavors
3serve with wheat or dark crackers (I like "toasted" brand crackers) Or use wheat or dark bread chunks
