ranchero layer dip
One neighbor refers to this dip as the everything but the kitchen sink dip. You can substitute regular bean dip for the jalapeno bean dip if you cannot find it in the store. You can also substitute shredded cheddar for the jalapeno jack cheese if needed.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
A new twist on layered taco dip that's filled with Tex-Mex flavor. Spicy bean dip as the base provides an extra kick of spice. The sour cream layer is mixed with a package of taco seasoning and Miracle Whip. It's a little tangy and adds the flavor of chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic. Green chiles add a little spice and tang too. Using store-bought guacamole makes this a quick and easy dip to throw together. It's topped with salsa, shredded cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and black olives. A great dip for game day, a cookout, or poolside snacking. There is a lot of flavor in each layer of this taco dip.
