Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
- 1/4 cup white onion, diced
- 12 ounces white america cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 2 medium roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
How To Make queso blanco

Step 1Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat.

Step 2Saute the onion until softened and reduce heat to medium-low.

Step 3Stir in the shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of the cream.

Step 4Quickly stir until the cheese is melted.

Step 5Add the tomatoes, cilantro, and additional cream a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.

Step 6Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tortillas, or on tacos, burritos, etc.
