This was a dip I made a lot in the late 70s and always enjoyed it at get togethers.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons beau monde seasoning (this gives it the flavor)
- 1 - round loaf pumpernickel bread (unsliced)
How To Make pump 'n dip

Step 1Mix the first 5 ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, hollow out the loaf of bread, leaving shell intact. Spoon the dip into the center of loaf. Tear the bread removed into bite sized pieces and use for dipping. EXCELLENT!!!
