Ingredients
- 1 - 18 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup of plum preserves or jam
How To Make plum preserves sweet and sour sauce

Step 1Heat pineapple with syrup, sugar, 1 cup water, vinegar and soy sauce to boiling.

Step 2Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water, stir into pineapple mixture.

Step 3Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature, stir in plum jam. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with egg rolls and wontons.
