plum dipping sauce
This is totally delightful with the Crab Rangoon recipe. (I posted.) I've even had it turn out better than some of the ones you get at thai restaurants. Really!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plum jam
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 pinches ground ginger
How To Make plum dipping sauce

Step 1Whisk together in small bowl.

Step 2Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Depending on the type of Plum jam I sometimes need to add more water to thin down.(1-2 tsp.)

Step 3Serve with Crab Rangoon!
