I created this recipe because my 14 yr old gran daughter is vegan. It turned out so good everyone ate it up

pinto beans - drained
1/2 medium
red onion finely chopped
1/2 c
shredded mexican cheese
1 1/2 c
velvetta shredded cheese
1/4 c
heavy cream, cold
1/4 c
sour cream

How to Make Pinto Bean Dip


  • 1Heat pinto beans with onion and cook for about 10 minutes - Remove from stove and with mixer beat until smooth (will have some pieces of bean )
  • 2Add the heavy cream and the sour cream - Mix well - Add all the cheese and mix well
  • 3Place in small crock pot or sterno pan and let the magic begin - Serve with fritos or tortilla chips or on small french bread pieces ENJOY
