Ingredients
- 1 can pinto beans - drained
- 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1 1/2 cups velvetta shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1/4 cup sour cream
How To Make pinto bean dip

Step 1Heat pinto beans with onion and cook for about 10 minutes - Remove from stove and with mixer beat until smooth (will have some pieces of bean )

Step 2Add the heavy cream and the sour cream - Mix well - Add all the cheese and mix well

Step 3Place in small crock pot or sterno pan and let the magic begin - Serve with fritos or tortilla chips or on small french bread pieces ENJOY
