I created this recipe because my 14 yr old gran daughter is vegan. It turned out so good everyone ate it up

  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans - drained
  • 1/2 medium
    red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    velvetta shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream, cold
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream

How to Make Pinto Bean Dip


  1. Heat pinto beans with onion and cook for about 10 minutes - Remove from stove and with mixer beat until smooth (will have some pieces of bean )
  2. Add the heavy cream and the sour cream - Mix well - Add all the cheese and mix well
  3. Place in small crock pot or sterno pan and let the magic begin - Serve with fritos or tortilla chips or on small french bread pieces ENJOY
