- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese (I grate my own)
- 1 can crushed pineapple, all juice drained completely (20 oz)
- buttery crackers or vanilla wafters, for serving
How To Make pineapple cheese dip

Step 1Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well again.

Step 2Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate before serving, better if overnight.

Step 3Serve with buttery round crackers or vanilla wafers.
