roma tomatoes
3/4 to 1 medium
jalapeno peppers
1/2 to 1/3 bunch
fresh cilantro
1 - 2
salt to taste

How to Make Pico de Gallo


  • 1Dice: tomatoes, onion, jalapeno
  • 2Chop: cilantro
  • 3Combine and squeeze limes over ingredients
  • 4Mix well and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours prior to serving
  • 5Serve with corn chips (potato chips do not do well)
