    roma tomatoes
  • 3/4 to 1 medium
  • 3-4
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 to 1/3 bunch
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 - 2
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Pico de Gallo


  1. Dice: tomatoes, onion, jalapeno
  2. Chop: cilantro
  3. Combine and squeeze limes over ingredients
  4. Mix well and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours prior to serving
  5. Serve with corn chips (potato chips do not do well)
