You can make it as hot as you want it, by adding more Jalapeno.
It's great to put over Mexican foods.

Ingredients

2 lbplum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 conion, chopped

1/2 cfresh cilantro, chopped

3 Tbspfresh lime juice

3 or 4 Tbspjalapeno, seeded and chopped

1 to 2 mediumgarlic clove(s), minced

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make PICO DE GALLO (MEXICAN DIP)
- Mix well, all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Also great as a salsa.
