I love Mexican foods. This is a great Mexican dip that I came up with a few years ago. You can make it as hot as you want it, by adding more Jalapeno. It's great to put over Mexican foods.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 or 4 tablespoons jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 to 2 medium garlic clove(s), minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make pico de gallo (mexican dip)

Step 1Mix well, all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 2Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Also great as a salsa.
