Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Pecan Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cream cheese, green pepper, onion, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream.
  2. Mix well and put in a serving bowl.
  3. Melt butter in skillet; add pecans and salt. Toast over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Spoon over cheese mixture.
  5. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
