Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make pecan dip

  • Step 1
    Combine cream cheese, green pepper, onion, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream.
  • Step 2
    Mix well and put in a serving bowl.
  • Step 3
    Melt butter in skillet; add pecans and salt. Toast over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Step 4
    Spoon over cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
