This is so good and healthy. It's one of my favorite summertime things to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole organic greek yogurt
  • 1 cup organic almond butter or cashew, or peanut butter
  • - a pinch of sugar
  • - fresh fruit sliced organic bananas, strawberries, apples, peaches, nectarines, pears, any fruit you like
  • - sliced organic jicama, celery, carrots, any vegetable you like

How To Make peanut butter yogurt dip

  • Step 1
    Mix the yogurt and nut butter together till well blended in a ice cold bowl. Chill slightly. Serve with sliced fruit and/or sliced vegetables.
  • Step 2
    I like my nut butters crunchy style.
