I came up with this recipe for a party I forgot to buy onion dip for. Needless to say, I haven't had to buy store bought dip since. My family and friends all love it! It is highly addictive!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 4 teaspoons instant beef boullion seasoning
- 1/2 cup dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup grated parmasean cheese
How To Make onion dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl, mixing well to combine.

Step 2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to give the flavors time to set and for onion to soften.

Step 3Stir before serving. Serve with your favorite chips, pretzels, crackers or veggies.
