- kaiser rolls, split
- 1/4 c
- light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp
- dijon mustard
- 8 oz
- flaked real crabmeat
- 10 oz pkg, frozen asparagus pieces, thawed and drained.
- 6 oz
- sliced mozzarella cheese
- paprika for sprinkling
How to Make N.E. cheesy crabmeat
- 1Preheat broiler. Place kaiser rolls, cut side up in broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat until toasted.
- 2In bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mix onto each toasted roll. Divide crabmeat and asparagus evenly among rolls.. Place 1/2 of a slice of cheese on each roll. Sprinkle w/ paprika.
- 3Broil 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Turn off broiler and keep rolls in broiler until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 mins.
