Ingredients
- 4 - kaiser rolls, split
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 8 ounces flaked real crabmeat
- 1 - 10 oz pkg, frozen asparagus pieces, thawed and drained.
- 6 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
- - paprika for sprinkling
How To Make n.e. cheesy crabmeat

Step 1Preheat broiler. Place kaiser rolls, cut side up in broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat until toasted.

Step 2In bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mix onto each toasted roll. Divide crabmeat and asparagus evenly among rolls.. Place 1/2 of a slice of cheese on each roll. Sprinkle w/ paprika.

Step 3Broil 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Turn off broiler and keep rolls in broiler until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 mins.
