  • 8 oz
    italilan dressing
  • 1/2 can(s)
    11 oz shoepeg white corn
  • 1 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make My Texas Caviar


  1. Mix all together and let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
