my quick artichoke dip
(2 RATINGS)
At a backyard bar-b-cue one summer afternoon I made this really good Artichoke dip. Not sure I think I got it off of a jar of Hellman's mayonaise. Anyway, It was gone in a matter of minutes. There after each time I made it I would double the recipe. It still goes real fast. You can't stop eating it. I serve it with Wheat Thins. I have tweeked the recipe adding garlic powder and somtimes hearts of palm instead of artichokes. Result: A word of advise double the recipe it wont last long. Enjoy
