My mom would make this all the time...i could not get enough of it, It is SOO stinkin good!! - If you wanted to make it for one person, just use one of all the ingredients!!

How to Make My mom's famous Chili Cheese Dip.

Step-by-Step

  1. Get a medium pan, put in cream cheese in, and put it on a low fire - melt completely.
  2. Put in chili, let simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Put in shredded cheese, put the lid on and let simmer for 10 mins, stir it...after 10 mins turn off fire and put the lid back on, and let it sit for 5 mins with out touching it!
  4. Eat and Enjoy!
