My niece, Shannon, is a wonderful cook and she shared this recipe with me. My grandchildren just love it! This is just a little different than the original Rotel dip recipes.

16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 large block of velveeta cheese
2 cans rotel
1 pound pork sausage, mild or hot, cooked and drained

How To Make my favorite rotel dip

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large microwave proof dish and heat well. Stir and heat more as needed.

Step 2

Pour into a crock pot and keep warm. Good with Tostitos or Doritos....Plain or flavored.
