My mom would make this when company was coming over, and it was always a big hit. She would serve it w/ crackers and crusty french bread.

8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp
milk
4 Tbsp
finely chopped green bell pepper
4 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
6 oz
jarred chipped beef, chopped
1 c
light sour cream

How to Make Moms old fashioned chipped beef dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In saucepan, over low heat, combine cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth.
  • 2Add green bell pepper, onion, chipped beef and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 20 mins, or until heated through.
