- 2 - 8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 6 ounces jarred chipped beef, chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream
How To Make moms old fashioned chipped beef dip

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In saucepan, over low heat, combine cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth.

Step 2Add green bell pepper, onion, chipped beef and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 20 mins, or until heated through.
