My mom would make this when company was coming over, and it was always a big hit. She would serve it w/ crackers and crusty french bread.

Ingredients

  • 2
    8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 6 oz
    jarred chipped beef, chopped
  • 1 c
    light sour cream

How to Make Moms old fashioned chipped beef dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In saucepan, over low heat, combine cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add green bell pepper, onion, chipped beef and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 20 mins, or until heated through.
