"Mom's Baby Dip"

Sandy Griffith

The first time I ever had this dip I was out to eat with my son, Lee at a Mexican restaurant. They bought the chips and salsa to the table. Lee noticed I did not eat the salsa. Too hot! I am not a "Spicy Girl and I don't try anything I don't like or looks good. Lee is always saying, "Mom, you are such a baby." LOL!

Then right before my eyes Lee made a small version of a dip that he thought I would eat. I tried it and loved it! It was not real spicy, just right. Now I make it all the time....as Lee call's it, "Mom's Baby Dip"!

How to Make "Mom's Baby Dip"

  1. Microwave beans to just get them warm, not too hot.
  2. Mix in sour cream.
  3. Mix some salsa in to your taste.
  4. Serve with chips....enjoy!
  5. **you can make a small version of this at the restaurant just order the beans and sour cream. They give you the salsa (hot or mild) mix all together and enjoy this dip at the table like I do**
