Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. cans artichoke hearts, quartered & drained
  • 1 - 3 oz. cans green chiles, diced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 - green onions, chopped
  • 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • - french bread
  • - crackers
  • - bread, toasted

How To Make *** mom's artichoke dip ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine artichokes, chiles, parmesan, mayo & green onions; mix well. Stir in cream cheese; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Spoon into 9" square dish & bake 45 minutes or until light brown. Serve with french bread, crackers or toast.
