Ingredients For mexican salad dressing

1/2 cmayo

1/2 ccrema or sour cream

1 clovegarlic, pressed (large)

2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 tsplime zest

1 tspOld el Paso taco seasoning

1/4 tspground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/4 tspground cumin

1 Tbspmilk, if needed (*see step 2)
How To Make mexican salad dressing

1In a bowl, add all the ingredients except milk. Stir until nicely blended.

2If using it as a dipping sauce, there’s no need to add the milk. If using it as a salad dressing, stir in milk, a little at a time, until desired consistency.

3Store in an airtight container and transfer to the fridge. It keeps for up to 3 days.
