Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup crema or sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, pressed (large)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon Old el Paso taco seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon milk, if needed (*see step 2)
How To Make mexican salad dressing

Step 1In a bowl, add all the ingredients except milk. Stir until nicely blended.

Step 2If using it as a dipping sauce, there’s no need to add the milk. If using it as a salad dressing, stir in milk, a little at a time, until desired consistency.

Step 3Store in an airtight container and transfer to the fridge. It keeps for up to 3 days.
