Quick and very easy to make, this flavorful condiment is perfect for your salads as well as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients For mexican salad dressing

  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1/2 c
    crema or sour cream
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed (large)
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime zest
  • 1 tsp
    Old el Paso taco seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk, if needed (*see step 2)

How To Make mexican salad dressing

  • 1
    In a bowl, add all the ingredients except milk. Stir until nicely blended.
  • 2
    If using it as a dipping sauce, there’s no need to add the milk. If using it as a salad dressing, stir in milk, a little at a time, until desired consistency.

    Store in an airtight container and transfer to the fridge. It keeps for up to 3 days.
