mexican kitchen sauce
There is a Mexican resturant in my town and they have a sauce/salsa that everyone trys to copy. This is the best one I've found. Eat it with chips or pour over tacos, enchiladas, anything you want to have a kick.

Ingredients
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno juice
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - pepper to taste
