1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1 medium
hot chili pepper of choice, i use jalapeno a lot
1 clove
1 Tbsp
fresh chopped ginger root
fresh limes, juice only
1/3 c
olive oil
1/2 tsp
1 tsp

How to Make Mexican Green Sauce


  • 1Wash cilantro very gently under running cold water.
  • 2Chop cilantro, hot pepper, garlic and ginger root very fine. I usually use my food processor.
  • 3Combine fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and cumin in a small bowl.
  • 4Pour over cilantro mixture and mix well. Chill and serve as a dip or with or on any of your favorite Mexican dishes.
