Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 medium hot chili pepper of choice, i use jalapeno a lot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger root
- 3 - fresh limes, juice only
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
How To Make mexican green sauce

Step 1Wash cilantro very gently under running cold water.

Step 2Chop cilantro, hot pepper, garlic and ginger root very fine. I usually use my food processor.

Step 3Combine fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and cumin in a small bowl.

Step 4Pour over cilantro mixture and mix well. Chill and serve as a dip or with or on any of your favorite Mexican dishes.
