I got this recipe about 20 years ago. It is different than most Mexican Dips and the taste is addictive! This is a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3 - green onions with tops
  • 1 - green pepper
  • 6 - pimento stuffed green olives
  • 16 ounces jar of "hot" salsa
  • 2 cups finely shredded mexican flavored cheese
  • - bite sized nacho chips

How To Make mexican dip

  • Step 1
    Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in mixing bowl. Set aside. Finely chop, green onions, green pepper and green olives in food processor then mix with cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Spread onto a large serving platter till about 1/2" thick. Spread "HOT" salsa on top. Then top with cheese. Serve with nacho chips
