This is a family favorite I started making during football season. We love to have friends and family come over and watch the football games after church and this is a great dip for that!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 8-oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 - 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 - green chili pepper or 1 small jalapeno pepper (optional)
How To Make mexican dip

Step 1Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and salt; drain and add remaining ingredients. Heat in crockpot. Dip with chips, crackers, bread, etc.
