- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - small onion,chopped
- 1 can rotel tomatoes,drained
- 1 can chili no beans,drained
- 1 can ranch-style chili beans,drained
- 1 pound velvetta cheese,cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make mexican crockpot dip

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion.Drain off grease.In a crockpot,mix beef and onions with drained tomatoes,chili(no beans), chili beans,and cheese. Set crockpot on high until cheese is melted then turn to low. Just before serving,stir in 1 cup sour cream.Serve with tortilla chips.
