This dip is a hit where ever it goes...I always make a double batch...and it always disappears!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can small can of corn (use a standard size can if you like the texture/taste of corn like me:)
  • several slice pickled jalapeno slices

How To Make mexican corn dip

  • Step 1
    (PREHEAT OVEN TO 400degrees) Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the jalapeno slices in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Put mixture into a glass baking dish evenly spread
  • Step 3
    Place jalapeno slices evenly over the top
  • Step 4
    Bake dip at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and watch it disappear!!!
