Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can small can of corn (use a standard size can if you like the texture/taste of corn like me:)
- several slice pickled jalapeno slices
How To Make mexican corn dip

Step 1(PREHEAT OVEN TO 400degrees) Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the jalapeno slices in a bowl.

Step 2Put mixture into a glass baking dish evenly spread

Step 3Place jalapeno slices evenly over the top

Step 4Bake dip at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and watch it disappear!!!
