mexican corn dip

I do not care for mayonnaise but this recipe is so good and you cannot taste it. I got this recipe from a friend and everyone who has tried it has asked for the recipe. Occasionally, I will make just half the recipe for myself when I'm craving it. You don't have to use an entire 1/2 cup of jalepenos if you're worried about it being too hot. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cans mexicorn (drained)
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesean cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped jalepenos (fresh or pickled)
How To Make mexican corn dip

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
