I received this recipe in a speech class in college. It has been a family favorite ever since! Easy to make, delicious to eat. Great for tailgate or superbowl parties, or anytime gatherings with family and frends.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cups colby/or mexican blend cheese
  • 16 ounces jar of salsa of your choice
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained

How To Make mexican chili dip

  • Step 1
    In skillet, add ground beef, garlic salt, pepper and cumin, cook thoroughly. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and other ingredients together. Serve with torilla or corn chips.
