I received this recipe in a speech class in college. It has been a family favorite ever since! Easy to make, delicious to eat. Great for tailgate or superbowl parties, or anytime gatherings with family and frends.

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 c
    colby/or mexican blend cheese
  • 16 oz
    jar of salsa of your choice
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans, drained

How to Make Mexican Chili Dip


  1. In skillet, add ground beef, garlic salt, pepper and cumin, cook thoroughly.
    In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and other ingredients together. Serve with torilla or corn chips.
