I like making this when I have leftover chili. The canned stuff just doesn't cut it for me. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces can chili without beans
  • 4 ounces can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make mexican chili dip

  • Step 1
    Layer each ingredient in the same order given as listed in a large pie plate.
  • Step 2
    Broil until cheese is melted and top is bubbly. Serve with scoops or tortilla chips.
