This is an easy dish and always dissappears whem I take it to work.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar salsa verde
  • 1 package feista shredded cheese
  • 1 - optional-diced tomatoes,black olives,peppers, onion (whatever you fancy)
  • 1 can mexi corn

How To Make mexi dip

  • Step 1
    Layer #1 Brown ground beef and drain off as much grease as possible, return to fry pan and add taco sauce, mix well. Add to 9x13 or larger casserole dish for bottom layer.
  • Step 2
    Layer #2 Mix well softened cream cheese,sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over 1st layer.
  • Step 3
    Layer #3 Spread mexicorn over 2nd layer
  • Step 4
    Layer #4 Salsa verde
  • Step 5
    Layer #5 graded cheese
  • Step 6
    Layer #6 (optional) Tomatoes,peppers,finely diced onion,black olives, etc
  • Step 7
    Heat in 350 oven until cheese is melted before adding layer #6. Serve with tortilla chips
