Ingredients For macho nacho dip
1 pound sausage, regular or hot, browned, drained
1 can rotel tomatoes, original, undrained
8 oz. cream cheese
How To Make macho nacho dip
1In a large skillet mix all ingredients and cook on medium high until the mixture is CREAMY and THICK.
2Move to a bowl and serve with chips or scoops. You may also pour this OVER A PILE OF CHIPS and sprinkle with shredded cheese, olives and jalapeno peppers that have been drained.
