This is great for people who aren't big on cilantro and tomatoes in their guacamole. Everywhere I take this recipe, people love it! Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for an even healthier experience!

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

How To Make love my guacamole

  • Step 1
    Cut open and pit your avocado. Place in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mince garlic and add to bowl.
  • Step 3
    Chop green onions and add to bowl. Save a few for garnish!
  • Step 4
    Add sour cream to bowl, and mix well. (Fat free sour cream can be substituted for a healthier version!)
  • Step 5
    Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste, and enjoy!
