This is great for people who aren't big on cilantro and tomatoes in their guacamole. Everywhere I take this recipe, people love it! Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for an even healthier experience!

Ingredients
- 3 large avocados
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch green onions
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
How To Make love my guacamole

Step 1Cut open and pit your avocado. Place in large bowl.

Step 2Mince garlic and add to bowl.

Step 3Chop green onions and add to bowl. Save a few for garnish!

Step 4Add sour cream to bowl, and mix well. (Fat free sour cream can be substituted for a healthier version!)

Step 5Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste, and enjoy!
