This is great for people who aren't big on cilantro and tomatoes in their guacamole. Everywhere I take this recipe, people love it! Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for an even healthier experience!

Ingredients

How to Make Love My Guacamole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut open and pit your avocado. Place in large bowl.
  2. Mince garlic and add to bowl.
  3. Chop green onions and add to bowl. Save a few for garnish!
  4. Add sour cream to bowl, and mix well. (Fat free sour cream can be substituted for a healthier version!)
  5. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste, and enjoy!
