This is great for people who aren't big on cilantro and tomatoes in their guacamole. Everywhere I take this recipe, people love it! Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for an even healthier experience!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

3 large
avocados
2 clove
garlic
1 bunch
green onions
8 oz
sour cream
1 pinch
salt
1 dash(es)
cayenne pepper

How to Make Love My Guacamole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut open and pit your avocado. Place in large bowl.
  • 2Mince garlic and add to bowl.
  • 3Chop green onions and add to bowl. Save a few for garnish!
  • 4Add sour cream to bowl, and mix well. (Fat free sour cream can be substituted for a healthier version!)
  • 5Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste, and enjoy!
