Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnasie
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium garlic'minced
  • 1 can 14-15 oz.artichoke hearts

How To Make light artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350*.
  • Step 2
    in a medium bowl,combine all ingredients. mix well.
  • Step 3
    spread in ungresed 9- inch quiche or pie pan or a 1- quart shallow casserole.
  • Step 4
    bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until thoughly heated.
  • Step 5
    if deired,garnish with celery sprigs. serve hot or cold.
  • Step 6
    makes 1 1/2 cups.
