14-15 oz.artichoke hearts

How to Make Light Artichoke Dip


  • 1preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2in a medium bowl,combine all ingredients.
    mix well.
  • 3spread in ungresed 9- inch quiche or pie pan or a 1- quart shallow casserole.
  • 4bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until thoughly heated.
  • 5if deired,garnish with celery sprigs.
    serve hot or cold.
  • 6makes 1 1/2 cups.
