  • 1/2 c
    reduced calorie mayonnasie
  • 1/4 c
    shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 medium
  • 1 can(s)
    14-15 oz.artichoke hearts

How to Make Light Artichoke Dip


  1. preheat oven to 350*.
  2. in a medium bowl,combine all ingredients.
    mix well.
  3. spread in ungresed 9- inch quiche or pie pan or a 1- quart shallow casserole.
  4. bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until thoughly heated.
  5. if deired,garnish with celery sprigs.
    serve hot or cold.
  6. makes 1 1/2 cups.
