- 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnasie
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 medium garlic'minced
- 1 can 14-15 oz.artichoke hearts

Step 2in a medium bowl,combine all ingredients. mix well.

Step 3spread in ungresed 9- inch quiche or pie pan or a 1- quart shallow casserole.

Step 4bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until thoughly heated.
