Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1-1/2 c
    prepared hummus
  • 1 c
    chopped cucumber
  • 1 c
    chopped tomatoes (2 medium)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/3 c
    sliced green onions
  • ·
    pita or tortilla chips

How to Make Layered Greek Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic and italian seasoning with an electric mixer n medium speed until smooth.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish or a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Spread hummus evenly over cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta and green onions. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
  3. Serve dip with pita chips or corn chips of your choice.
