cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
dried italian seasoning, crushed
1-1/2 c
prepared hummus
1 c
chopped cucumber
1 c
chopped tomatoes (2 medium)
1/2 c
chopped pitted kalamata olives
1/2 c
crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
1/3 c
sliced green onions
pita or tortilla chips


1In a medium bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic and italian seasoning with an electric mixer n medium speed until smooth.
2Spread cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish or a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Spread hummus evenly over cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta and green onions. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
3Serve dip with pita chips or corn chips of your choice.
