You control the heat with the degree of heat in the salsa, Rotel tomatoes and amount of jalapeno pepper you add. Corn and black beans add color and depth to the dip.

mexican corn, drained

black beans, rinsed and drained

red or vidalia onion, diced

jalapeno peppers fresh, sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped
few sprig(s)
cilantro, fresh for garnish

How to Make Kicked Up Salsa

Step-by-Step
