Kathie's Clam Dip

1 - 8 ozsoftened cream cheese
1/3 ccottage cheese, small curd
2 Tbspmayonnaise or miracle whip
1/3 cminced onion
1/4 tspgarlic powder (or to taste)
1 can(s)drained, minced clams
How to Make Kathie's Clam Dip
- MIX all ingredients well and spoon into dip bowl.
- COVER with plastic wrap and CHILL for at least 1 hour
- SERVE with chips or crackers. My favorites are with either Frito Lay Scoops or Triscuits.
My family loves this dip. I think yours will too. Depending on the size of crowd, this recipe can be doubled, tripled or however much you want to make.
I've made this with fresh minced onion or dried minced onion. I prefer the real onion, but the dried is much faster to measure with less tears!
