This is great for Spring, Summer, Indian Summer, or entertaining. We enjoy eating this with crackers. I usually fix this on grocery shopping day, or for get togethers.

    tuna, packed in water (large)(drained)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 4 medium
    jalapenos, fresh (deseeded, chopped)
  • 1 medium
    tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • ·
    crackers, (your favorite)
  • ·
    salt (to taste) opt
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh

How to Make Jodie's Tuna Pico De Gallo Salad


  1. Place in Bowl: drained tuna shredded with fork, add in all ingredients, stir cover let chill 20 minutes or longer. Eat with Crackers..........Very tasty and refreshing
