jim's crab dip

Everyone always asks my dad to make his crab dip. He doesnt like to share the recipe. I think thats the only reason half of the people come to our partys. Its sooo good!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat, fresh
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package club crackers (or your fav cracker, but it is best with these to me)

How To Make jim's crab dip

  • Step 1
    Mix together the softened cream cheese, mayo, horeradish and worcestershire sauce.
  • Step 2
    Fold in crabmeat.
  • Step 3
    Spread in 13x9 baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 until bubbly and browning around the edges..about 25-30 min.
