3 smjalapeno peppers, seeded

1 headcauliflower, small florets

2 bunchescelery

1 ptsmall onions

2 qtstring beans

1 headcabbage

1/4 lbmustard seed

2 oztumeric

1/2 ozallspice, ground

1/2 ozblack pepper

1/2 ozcloves

salt, to taste

sugar, to taste - start with 1 c

1 galvinegar
How To Make jalapeno chow chow

1Prepare vegetables & cut in small pieces.

2Cover with salt, let stand 24 hours & drain.

3Heat vinegar, sugar & spices to boiling point, add vegetables & cook until soft.

4Can as usual.
