Ingredients
- 2 quarts green tomatoes, small
- 12 small cucumbers
- 3 small jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1 head - cauliflower, small florets
- 2 bunches - celery
- 1 pint small onions
- 2 quarts string beans
- 1 head - cabbage
- 1/4 pound mustard seed
- 2 ounces tumeric
- 1/2 ounce allspice, ground
- 1/2 ounce black pepper
- 1/2 ounce cloves
- - salt, to taste
- - sugar, to taste - start with 1 c
- 1 gallon vinegar

Step 1Prepare vegetables & cut in small pieces.

Step 2Cover with salt, let stand 24 hours & drain.

Step 3Heat vinegar, sugar & spices to boiling point, add vegetables & cook until soft.

Step 4Can as usual.
