imitation crab dip (great stuff!)

I love crab dip but when my 3 sons were growing up I couldn't afford crab. In fact, the only crab in the house was ME! I got this recipe from a friend years ago. I believe I ate the entire bowl in one sitting. The imitation crab is just a white fish that you can find packaged in the fish section of the grocers. It's already packaged. Looks like crab, too. This would be a great appetizer to serve while you're finishing up with your Easter Dinner preparations.
