- 19 ounces canned chickpeas, rinse, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup lemon juice

How To Make hummus

Step 1Puree chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice, until very smooth, adding chicken broth as needed. It should be a medium thick paste, if too thick add water. Season with salt. Transfer to shallow bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne.
