Spinach & artichokes are perfect partners. YUM!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz. packages frozen spinach, thawed
  • 2 - 13 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated

How To Make hot spinach & artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Cook spinach in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Combine all ingredients but jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well with a metal spoon, sprinkle jack cheese on top.
  • Step 4
    Place in the prepared casserole dish & bake for 30 minutes. Keep warm pver a low flame.
  • Step 5
    Serve with bagel chips, toasted french bread, tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
