Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. packages frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 - 13 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
How To Make hot spinach & artichoke dip

Step 1Cook spinach in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

Step 3Combine all ingredients but jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well with a metal spoon, sprinkle jack cheese on top.

Step 4Place in the prepared casserole dish & bake for 30 minutes. Keep warm pver a low flame.

Step 5Serve with bagel chips, toasted french bread, tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
