Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic ( more if you are like me)
1 can 15 oz artichoke ( not the marinated ones)
1 box frozen spinach thawed and drained of excess water
- mozzarella cheese, grated

How To Make hot spinach and artichoke dip

Step 1

Cut up artichokes, combine everything except the mozzarella

Step 2

put it all in a baking dish (I use a 8x8)
Step 3

sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top
Step 4

bake at 350 for a 1/2 hour
