Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 - celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 - green onion, finely diced
- 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh horseradish
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup crabmeat, drained, flaked
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hot & spicy crabmeat dip

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a small casserole dish, set aside. In small skillet, over med-high heat, add oil, then garlic. Cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 mins.

Step 2Place garlic in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, horseradish, mustard, thyme and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Lightly fold in crabmeat. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Spoon crabmeat mix into casserole dish. bake about 15 mins, or until light brown. Serve w/ crisp bread rounds, crackers and cut veggies.
