canola oil
2 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
light mayonnaise
celery stalk, finely diced
green onion, finely diced
1-1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
dried parsley
2 tsp
fresh horseradish
2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 c
crabmeat, drained, flaked
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Hot & spicy crabmeat dip


  • 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a small casserole dish, set aside. In small skillet, over med-high heat, add oil, then garlic. Cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 mins.
  • 2Place garlic in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, horseradish, mustard, thyme and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Lightly fold in crabmeat. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Spoon crabmeat mix into casserole dish. bake about 15 mins, or until light brown. Serve w/ crisp bread rounds, crackers and cut veggies.
