  • 1 tsp
    canola oil
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1
    celery stalk, finely diced
  • 1
    green onion, finely diced
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 tsp
    fresh horseradish
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 c
    crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Hot & spicy crabmeat dip


  1. Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a small casserole dish, set aside. In small skillet, over med-high heat, add oil, then garlic. Cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 mins.
  2. Place garlic in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery, green onion, lemon juice, parsley, horseradish, mustard, thyme and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Lightly fold in crabmeat. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon crabmeat mix into casserole dish. bake about 15 mins, or until light brown. Serve w/ crisp bread rounds, crackers and cut veggies.
